Vintage Frankoma Black Ball-Shaped Art Pottery Vase No. 55 from 1950s/60s?

Description

This is a very neat vintage art pottery ball-shaped vase made by Frankoma. It is stamped on the bottom with the logo and also the No. 55 which I'm guessing is a mold number. It is a solid black glaze with high gloss. It is in excellent condition, no cracks or chips. There are a few very small fine scratches only in a few places but nothing serious. Measures 5" tall with an opening diameter of 5.25".
