BMW e46 Rear Subframe Repair Reinforcement Kit
After many installations this kit has been upgraded for the most universal fit possible.  Know that when you purchase my kits, your getting the benefit of my experience getting them to fit as well as possible. This kit is specifically designed to reinforce the e46 3 series rear subframe, including the 325, 328 and 330 i and ci versions and yes, the M3 . These plates for the subframe reinforcement are the heavier 12 gauge (min .100 or 2.5mm), Many other kits are the lighter 14 gauge  (.073 or 1.85mm ). If you have shredded and ripped the frame, these kits are not for you. They are meant to reinforce or repair mild cracks that have been welded and repaired. I supply these to several local shops and we have all had great success with these, including the Spec E46 racecars.
Installation will require minor grinding or heavy sanding. It may also require welding depending on your technique. You may decide to include the use a strong adhesive epoxy such as 3M 08115. If you don't have access to a welder, there is at least one video on You Tube detailing the installation using only the epoxy method. I prefer and recommend using the epoxy, letting it cure for 24 hours, then spot weld the plates in 4 to 6 places. You will have to decide what is a good option for your E46.
The installation of these parts is the sole responsibility of the purchaser/owner. I am not including directions.
