Louisiana State Flag Pelican Bird USA Maximum Card

The USPS' Louisiana State Flag stamp from the "Flags of Our Nation" series has been affixed to a postcard that also pictures the LA flag.  The stamp is tied to the postcard with a circle-date postmark from Baton Rouge, LA.   This fully-concordant, collector-realized maxi-card would make a great addition to any topical collection of Shore Birds, flags, etc.
