HTF Vintage Mickey Mouse Bubble Electric Wall Clock - Needs some work

For your consideration is this wonderful Vintage electric Mickey Mouse  Bubble wall clock. The clock is approximately 12 in in diameter. When I plugged it in the second hand works. Both the second and the primary and will need some adjustments. The plastic bubble cover is detached. I believe there was originally a metal band that held this in place. Great addition for Disney collectors. The clock was made by the standard electric time company. The Standard Electric Time Company was a

. The company was acquired by Johnson Controls in 1970 and then Faraday in 1978. Based on the manufacturer labels on the clock I would date this to early 1970s.
