How to choose the right controller:
1. Confirm how much voltage your battery is 6 string battery is 25.2V 7 string is 29.4V 10 string battery is 36V
2. Confirm the type of motor, external motor chain, belt drive, belt type controller, hub motor, motor integral wheel. Please select the controller of the wheel
type.
3. Confirm single drive or four drive. One controller drives a motor to be a single drive. One controller drives two motors to be a double drive. One controller
drives four motors to be four-wheel drive.
The remote controller matches the main controller with a signal description:
1: Connect the main control to the power supply
2: The power is turned on, wait for two seconds, then press and hold the key for about 6 seconds. Wait until the switch indicator flashes.
3: Turn on the remote control switch and use a small screwdriver to press the button inside the small hole in the lower left corner of the remote control.
4: The remote control is turned off for two seconds and then turned on. Wait for the remote control signal light and the switch signal light to flash at the same
time to indicate that the match is successful!
Note:
1. The driver board is a high-precision circuit board. Do not touch the metal object/liquid to the board before and during use to avoid internal short circuit! 24V
ESC must use a voltage above 24V, the maximum voltage can be used is 29.4V (the ESC won't work below 24V). 36V ESC must use a voltage above 36V, the
maximum voltage can be used is 48V (the ESC won't work below 36V).
2. Do not connect motor lines in parallel to allow single drive to drag two motors.
NOTE:
No Installation Guides are included, professional usage is strongly recommended.
Wireless Controller Operating Instructions:
1. Controller Start Way: The controller switch button has two lines , plug in this switch. When the Controller is powered, press the switch, hear the
sound:"drop", the control board flashing red light, indicating that the control board has been activated. Close the control board as above, press again is ok.
2. Control Board and The Motor Connection Way: motor with rubber head of the three thick line is the power cord, five side by side with the thin line is the Hall
sensing line. For ease of operation, this controller setting is the single drive mode. Only connect the three thick wires on the motor and the driver board
respectively(here the connection order is random), there is no need to connect five thin wires (Holzer wire), and the motor of the remote controller can achieve
starting and stopping smoothly.
3. The five thin wires (Hall line) on the motor are used to connect to other controllers if you need it later. If you need thin wires and you can use it. Even if you
do not use thin wires (Hall line), the the benefits of this controller are that the controller board also work very good, more convenient to use, the failure rate is
low.
4. Suggestion: please do not connect the thin wires (Hall line) when you test. if the motor is choppy or turn when the test start, please exchange and connect
two of the three power lines.
Note: When the controller is on the power and test, do not touch the front of the controller board with more metal and do not touch with the above, it is easy to
short circuit and burned the control board. Please do not let the front of the circuit board components with the metal or liquid, it also can easily lead to circuit
board short circuit.
5. Remote control operation: Turn on the switch, press the forward and backward switch button, the remote control and the controller automatically match the
connection. Push the slide button to accelerate the motor. After pulling the slider, the motor deceleration brake.
Here are two speed switching. There are two directions forward and reverse switching.
Remote control: rechargeable, connected to ordinary cell phone charging cable is ok.
6. Wireless remote control and control board connection operation:
(1).  control board connected to the power, at first, please open control board start button, and see the control panel flashing red, that the control panel has
been activated.
(2).  And then open the remote control switch on the remote control, at the same time, press the forward and backward switch button, the remote control light
flashes, the remote control has been opened, under normal circumstance.
