Antique Chinese Hardstone Libation Cup

This item is a libation cup made of some type of hardstone. It reminds me of brown colored jade, but I am no stone expert. I do know it isn't  soapstone because it is much too hard.  This cup stands 3.25" inches high and is 5" inches in width.  One side is carved with a simple stylized dragon. The larger handle is carved in the shape of a stylized chilong. The shorter handle holds a carved stone ring. I found this libation cup at a small local thrift store. I have seen many Chinese  hardstone carved trinkets designed to look like old Chinese antiques. I haven't seen ones carved into a libation cup before.
