My primary goal is 100% customer satisfaction and 5 star service.
Please contact me if you have any concerns prior to opening a case through eBay and
I will make every attempt to respond quickly and to do my best to address any issues to your full satisfaction.
I do my best to provide a complete and accurate description of each item, including damage or flaws, and to provide many different photographs to view the condition of each piece. In most cases, I sell antique or vintage preowned items that commonly have manufacturing imperfections or age. I try to discuss or photograph to the best of my ability any or all that impact condition.
I pack carefully and use high quality packing materials to assure the safety of the item.  If you have specific requests or needs, relative to packing, please let me know in advance since use of additional materials or boxing may impact shipping costs.
Please, please, please.......If you have questions on shipping estimates or need combined or individual shipping quotes, contact me and I'll be happy to help. I typically use USPS or FedEX, but I'm happy to research alternatives for the most cost-effective method of delivery.
If you are purchasing multiple items, please do not pay until you receive an invoice from me with the
    combined shipping discount
